Roopini is a singer-songwriter and music educator, holding expertise in both Indian and Western Classical vocals. She holds a Master’s degree in Music Education from Kingston University, London, where she was awarded the MA Music Education Prize for outstanding overall performance.

As an educator, Roopini has extensive experience in designing and leading comprehensive music programs, choirs, and specialized workshops. She has also authored music books and curricula for prominent schools and academies across both India and the UK. 

In the professional music industry, Roopini is a versatile vocalist who performs across Indian Classical, Film, Independent, and Experimental genres. She has collaborated with globally renowned artists and legends, including A. R. Rahman and Aruna Sairam.
